Bots for Messenger

Chatbots (Bots) are programs on Messenger designed to provide you information (such as weather forecasts) through a natural, conversational tone. Although Bots are powered by artificial intelligence (AI), they sometimes need human assistance to help with more difficult questions or tasks. Chatbots will eventually help us search for anything without opening a Web search or multiple apps. Developers for Messenger can currently implement three main capabilities which include send and receive API, generic message templates, and welcome screen + null state CTAs.
